OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) shall own the rights in data resulting from this project or program. The Grantee may not copyright any of the copyrightable material and may not patent any of the patentable products produced in conjunction with the performance required under this grant without written consent from us. Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) hereby reserves a royalty-free, nonexclusive, and irrevocable right to reproduce, publish, or otherwise use, and to authorise others to use the copyrightable material for government and private purposes.

Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB)  exclusively owns and retains all right, title and interest, whether express or implied, in and to any and all data. Contractor, viewer, supplier has no and acquires no right, title or interest, whether express or implied, in and to data. Third party will only use data for the purposes set forth in the Contract. Contractor will only access data as necessary for performance of this Contract. Contractor will not access user accounts except to respond to service or technical problems or at the specific request. All data, including copies, summaries and derivative works thereof, must be remitted, in a mutually agreeable format and media, to the by the Contractor upon request or upon completion, termination or cancellation of the Contract. The foregoing sentence does not apply if the Chief Information Security Officer or delegate authorises in writing the Contractor to sanitise and/or destroy the data and the Contractor certifies in writing the sanitisation and/or destruction of the data. Within ninety days following any remittance of data. Contractor shall, unless otherwise instructed by Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) in writing, sanitise and/or destroy any remaining data and certify in writing that the sanitisation and/or destruction of the data has occurred. Any such remittance, sanitisation or destruction will be at the Contractor’s sole cost and expense.
